I made these little quiches with broccoli, sausage, onion and cheese in muffin tins for a "grab n go" breakfast in the morning before work. They turned out good.
I have another recipe for low carb, gluten free blueberry muffins I am going to try to for a sweet treat type breakfast.
I'm trying to lose some weight.
