Our son's name is Harvey Clark. DH and i have a girl's name all lined up in case we end up team pink, but we will have a hard time if we have another boy. Deciding on Harvey was very tough, but it couldn't be a more perfect name for him!

What name could you see being a sibling to Harvey?

We really like old-fashioned names that are on the uncommon side-- ones that you recognize as names, but that you haven't heard used... at least not recently. We also like the names to be straightforward when it comes to pronunciation and spelling.

To give you an idea, some names we like, but will probably not use, are:

Theodore (Teddy)
Alfred (Freddie or Alfie)
Sylvester
Henry (but it's far too popular for our taste)
Chester (we like it's sound, but it has negative connotations)
Casper
Desmond
Dorian

edit*** I should add, there are also names that my husband and I can't agree on because he says they are "too biblical," but would otherwise fit our criteria. So, while I like names like Gideon, Saul, and Mose (which I think is *such* a great Jazz Age name!) he veto's.
