Whole milk with some Toddler Formula maybe 1-2 times a week just as a supplement.
Cheese, Toast, PB&J, bananas
Oh yeah, & climbing, running, & getting into everything!! LOL
He says a handful of words on a regular basis, I've heard him say lots more words but maybe only once or twice. I'm slightly concerned about his talking but our Dr says not to be...
How's LO Sleeping?
12 hrs at night, usually straight through.
1-2 naps a day, usually 1-3hrs each.
I definitely would not worry. The average 16 month old has a few words in their vocabulary. As long as he understands you I wouldn't worry at all and especially on -average- boys do develop a little more behind than girls (though of course there are boys who are advanced and girls who are behind).
I believe it's around the age of 2- 2 1/2 when Pediatricians will start to be concerned if their vocabulary is behind and introduce maybe speech therapy. He will get there, especially if he can already say a handful. One day you'll wake up and he'll just bloom with words.
