starting fresh today! doing weight watchers (on my own, can't afford meetings right now)and going to do at least 10 min of exercise a day..doesnt sound like much but with having two little ones i know i can at least do that much! i have set small goals for myself (losing 5% of my weight, then 10 then 20)
