Last week was horrible for me. And really my mood swings in general have been much worse the last few months. I was in a bit of a down spell last week and things were awful. Plus, I had a lot of stress with some personal things last week. And this week I have been bouncing off the walls. I am definitely a little hypomanic right now. I have kept dh up all night talking the last two nights and am functioning on very little sleep. But, I like hypomanic better than depressed so it's not really bothering me. I just worry about when the down spell will come because I almost always have a depressive episode after I get really hypomanic. Anyway, that's how I've been doing. How bout you gals?
