Six hours sounds about right. I'm assuming they are online classes since you have little ones at home. Sometimes online classes can be more time consuming than going into an actual classroom, but that's because you're essentially doing all of the work. A lot of it is reading. I agree with waking up a bit earlier to help shave off some of that time. Then try to get a half hour to an hour in every so often during the day. OR! You can try to get the majority of it done during the evening hours. Once the smaller ones are in bed, it could be easier for you to sit down and focus on whatever task you need to get done. Weekends could be a savior.
My mom worked and went to school full-time with three kids (she's a teacher now). I'm not sure how she did it, but I often saw her sitting at the kitchen table at night doing her classes. Pretty much any time she got a spare second she was doing schoolwork. I know it was hard for her, but she did it and now she's doing what she's always wanted.
