UM, i am on 60-70 carbs a day, did 4 days of straight protein only and i am at the gym for like 45-60 min a day doing the treadmill mostly but also the elliptical and the bike. i will admit i have never lost 7 pounds in a week ever in my life, not even when i worked out with a trainer regularly. it has to be the diet more than anything although on the days when i slacked on exercise, it showed. i am also drinking 80 ounces of fluids a day (coffee, ice tea, water).
