Need advice on naps

Kary - I have to wait until she gives tired signals. If I put her down before she is rubbing her eyes or yawning, she will not sleep and she'll get so worked up. The second I see her rubbing her eyes, we go right up to her room....so I don't think she's overtired.
Today was better. She napped for 90 min during her second nap. Her third nap was only 45 min, but I think it's enough to get her to bedtime tonight. Since she napped for 90 min, that allowed her third nap to be much later in the day, so she didn't wake from it until 4pm.
