What Is a Long Luteal Phase? (with picture)
All the things that I have read always said that a short LP is a problem because of the Corpus Luteum breaking down too early, which in turn causes your progesterone to drop too early. Never really heard of a longer LP being a
thing TBH, maybe just annoying.
