You should be preventing for a minimum of 3 months, preferably at least 6 months post methotrexate to allow your body to heal and be able to safely carry a pregnancy. Your doctor should be sending you for lab tests every week to two weeks until your HCG level reaches zero and maintains zero status for two weeks as well.

You NEED to go see your doctor asap.
