Yeah, I agree with Joy. Just to make sure you're taking in a minimal amount of nutrients... I'd do a smoothie for breakfast and a protein shake for lunch. Just sip through the am and afternoon!
And don't forget to take your iron, LOL. Blah I hate iron! But my midwife is on me about it.
Anyhow I hope it doesn't become a major concern..... Hopefully you figure out a way to get more calories without feeling sick!
