Good luck!

My advice would be to start charting, if you haven't already. I'm in my first month of doing it and it's given me so much hope! It's shown me that I am ovulating and helped me realise things about my body that I hadn't known or noticed. It also made me realise that before doing this our timing was probably completely wrong. Am really hoping this is our month, we have been TTC for over a year now and I finally feel in control.

Another thing I would advise is getting some vitamins in and making certain changes to your diet if your not already following a PCOS plan. I have only made small changes like eating more fruit and veg, less caffeine, barely any sugar/sweetener, eating low GI carbs, cut down hugely on dairy and I feel so much better! Sounds obvious I know! Also I think of the changes as helping our fertility rather than a diet which helps!

Keep us updated and don't give up! x
