I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you want to try to get more protein you can find it in many whole foods and lots of common processed foods, too: veggies, dairy, nuts, seeds, grains. Do you have any experience with quinoa or chia seeds? I could give you a great chia pudding recipe that I love to eat for dessert.
