Good evening ladies! This past month I've been so lazy and I feel awfulll! Joining local gym this week and am so excited to begin exercising again. I read treadmills and ellipticals are ok to use. Are stationary bikes ok too? What about weight machines? I miss having that work out high! But still want to keep baby safe. If anyone has suggestions/advice about what is safe and effective love to hear it! Thanks all
