So I used to read about keeping the HR under 140... Apparently that is no longer the case from what I have read recently which is kind of exciting to me although I am too scared right now to push it
I have a HR monitor and will keep using it. Not sure what my max will be until I read more.
Stationary bikes are awesome for pregnancy until your belly gets in the way
Weight machines are fine with light weight. Think less weight more reps. I am not exactly sure what they are talking about as far as light weight (under 10?) but I have seen some crazy crossfit pg pics lately so I think it depends on your current activity! Stay off your back after the 1st tri tho.
I haven;t had a chance to read them all but I have a board if you are pinterest!
