How to stop being fearful after loss?

I agree, there really isn't a way to stop, at least not for me. I just tried to hang on to the good signs.
Also, some women don't even have any symptoms, yes this would be lucky, except when you have suffered loss and are looking for those symptoms as a crutch until that first u/s.
My doc told me to remember that there will be days when you feel great, that that doesn't mean anything, and that there will be days that you feel terrible (because I had nausea really badly with my girls). So, try to remember that when you start to feel anxious.
