How to stop being fearful after loss?

Congrats on your pregnancy! I remember around 6 weeks I was expecting to have morning sickness and lots of symptoms but it didn't hit until little later with this pregnancy. A couple weeks later maybe? But then stuck around for quite a long time, off and on. I agree with the ladies, if symptoms come/go that is normal. Fear after a loss is really hard to deal with. With this pregnancy, I just got to a point where I decided "what will be, will be" and that it was out of my hands and I needed to try to enjoy it. You just have to try to relax and stay positive!
