My dream nap schedule is something like this:
Wake up at 6, nap at 7, wake up at 9, nap at 11, wake up at 1....you get the drift.
Ultimately, I try to sneak in a nap a day lately though I really could take several. The urge hits as often as my dream schedule above; unfortunately, I'm not able to give in to it as often as I'd like.
