That's incredibly irresponsible on her part. You're paying her to watch your kids so it's her JOB. I don't get how people are irresponsible like that. If I'm getting paid to do something I'm going to make my best effort no matter what. Ok, I'm ranting now, but no it's definitely not YOUR fault!
