I believe it does change, but most babies are willing to adjust to the taste. My son has anyway. We are still nursing and I'm almost 6 months pregnant and DS will be 9 months very soon
I'm planning on nursing him for as long as he wants. If I were you I woulndn't worry about your baby self-weaning if you become pregnant, really what will be will be ya know!!
