I drive a Tahoe. It's great for room, but I really wish we hadn't gotten the optional 3rd row seating. It's really a waste. I mean, honestly, you'd have to be Joshlynn's size to get back there! (Which would be great but she can't buckle herself into her car seat...lol) The seats are removable, but what do you do with them when you take them out?! Come on now, we live upstairs, in a 2 bedroom apt!
One of my friend's mom drove a Dodge Caravan. It was super nice. Power doors on both sides, flip down tv with dvd entertainment system, seats 8, and the second row seating were bucket seats...SUPER COMFY! I think a mini van is the right way to go with your day care idea, but I'm with you on the age factor!
