I've been feeling just overall sick all day. Waves of nausea ALL day. No matter what I forced myself to eat, nothing was staying down.
I bought a few cans of those nutritional shakes (chocolate Ensure) and had one and seriously it worked miracles on me. I couldn't believe it. I feel SO good right now. All the nausea is totally gone
Thought I'd pass that on in case it works for anyone else.
