Friday: 1 hour tae bo-did
Saturday: 1hour dance with dd didnt do
Sunday: 1 hour exercise mix --run steps,dance,taebo--did

week 2

March 8th----Thursday: grocery shopping--3 hours--- walking,stair climbing,weight lifting.
march 9th Friday: 1 hour tae bodidnt do
march 10 Saturday: 1hour dance with dddid
Sunday: 1 hour exercise mix --run steps,dance,taebo


Week 3:march 17-24
Thursday: 20 minute walk in morning-- did
Friday: 3 hours running/chasing dd--did
Saturday: 1hour dance with dd- did
Sunday: 1 hour exercise mix --run steps,dance,taebo

Week 4: march 25- 31

Thursday: 20 minute walk in morning
Friday: 1 hour tae bo
Saturday: 1hour dance with dd
