5 am wake up today. washed the bathrooms, went to the grocery store for a couple things including some flowers and mike's hard berry for myself

then went and worked out and then came home, showered did my hair and went to work until i got home and then i made dinner andnow im on here. which in a second i need to go, so i can go with ricky and do some homeschooling stuff.
i had a yogurt for breakfast, PB crackers and some gatorade for snack, smartones for lunch, some sausage with spaghetti sauce for a snack and then a corn dog and some peas for dinner. not hungry and very pleased with my busy day.
working out:
i have to keep my heart rate at 23-27, and i was accomplishing that easily at first when i started working out, but now all of a sudden i have to work EXTREMELY hard to get that to stay above 23, and i get so burned out so fast i ended up having to cut my workout short the other day! i felt like i was going to pass out, and i had eaten and drank. nothing was different except my heartrate and me trying to keep it up by working harder. so today i said forget the heartrate, im just going to pump as hard and jog as hard as i can without feeling sick and make my complete workout. and i did! i went 3 times around and could have gone more if i didnt have to be home for work.
so from now i will just work at a heavy fast pace like i have and not push myself too far and forget about the ehartrate until i see my DR.
