Yes, count day one of AF as day one of your cycle. The day you ovulate depends on the length of your cycle. For example, before the MC, I had usually about 29 day cycles, so you divide that in half, which is about 14-15 and so day 14 or 15 is when I should be ovulating. Now everyone is different, so look for signs like CM and the little pinch near your ovaries and also after a D&C I've heard that it's normal to ovulate early or late. So really look for the signs and if you're trying to get PG again, BD from cycle 10-cycle day 20, as often as you like!
