I've had a dull ache/ pulling feeling on my right side, right by my pelvic bone. It is probably normal but I am just like you. Any little thing and I'm freaked out!!! I can understand what you are going through. Don't hesitate to call your doctor. They are there to help you and in my opinion put your mind at ease.
