We usually cut Thatcher's sandwiches into strips, too. He loves it! I've also found that he's less likely to shove the whole piece in his mouth if it's in a strip shape as opposed to a quarter! He likes taking bites off the strips... when I give him the quartered pieces, though, he enjoys shoving it all in at once!
