Isla Suzanne or Isla Jane.
I like the simplicity of Isla Jane ... it sounds free and pure. But Isla Suzanne sounds very sophisticated. I don't really like Isla Elizabeth because Isla ends in -a and it kind of blends together (I know my 3-year-old nephew, for one, would pronounce it EYE-lizza-beth instead of being careful to separate the names), plus Elizabeth is way too common as a middle name.
Jane might be better if you have a complicated last name. Suzanne would work if it's simple.[/b]
ditto this is what I was going to say (I always agree with Acadia it seems!)
