While yes, his chances are slim at being delivered at 20 weeks a baby with intrauterine growth retardation will be still born if not detected and knowing that a baby with an SUA has a 20% chance intrauterine growth retardation I would rather them check on it every two weeks in case he would need to be delivered immediately.
