I am going to try (key word being try) the SB diet. This will be hard for me. I think though that I can do this one more than others because I suck at counting and keeping track of amounts. Knowing what I can have and can't have, in what amounts sounds easier. So we'll see.
10 yrs ago when dh and I first met I weighed 180 lbs. I was still overweight but quite happy with myself. Gained 29lbs with first pregnancy and kept it all on, gained 22lbs with second pregnancy and kept it all on. Plus added a whole bunch of extra weight on my own. Going in to my third pregnancy I weighed 270lbs. I actually lost this time - 18lbs, while pregnant. I gained it all but 2 lbs back on my due date. After having Olivia I lost 30 lbs. Yep, I was down to 240 lbs. But life happened and watching my weight with a new baby that had an erratic sleep schedule wasn't happening. I actually bought myself a pair of jeans a size smaller.
Well, after gaining almost all of it back, I've decided not to. So here I am.
I believe--That you should always leave loved ones with loving words.
It may be the last time you see them.
