I plan my "me" time when my youngest is napping, usually right after lunch. If it's been a crazy day and I need some peace and quiet, I get the older kids to have quiet time, during which they look at books quietly for half an hour. Then I can go on the computer or write in my journal by myself.
After they are in bed sometimes a bubble bath is a great way to relax! Take a book with you and a chocolate bar! LOL
