Check out the book Super Baby Foods. Also, how old is your baby? Oh wait, looks like you are pregnant still! Egg yolks and yogurts are good around 9mo or so. It is best to wait though. If you can wait until 6mo for solids, IE fruits and veggies that is best, to prevent allergies. Also, my doctor told me that rice cereal is too complex for babies, because their bodies do not have the proper food enzymes to digest it. She recommends at 6 mo fruit and simple veggies. I can post more later if you want, I have company right now!
