I was on my way to work when I had stopped at the bank to deposit a check and change my address because we just recently moved. I walked into the bank did what I had to do. On my way out I started having really bad contractions all of the sudden, to the point where I couldn't even walk (approx. 10:45A). I got into my car and drove home to wake df up (approx. 11:00A) so that he could drive me to the hospital. On the way, my contractions were close to 4 - 5 minutes apart. We arrived at the hospital at 11:45A. They admitted me into the hospital and took me up to L&D. The nurse told me to change into my hospital gown so tht she could check and see how far dialated I was. She checked me and told me that I was 9 cm!! The nurse told me that they would not have time to administer any medicine, which I didnt want in the first place. While they were trying to prepare the room quickly, i had the urge to push, so I did. My doctor showed up just as I was pushing. After about 3 or 4 pushes my beautiful baby girl arrived at 11:56A. She was 7 pounds 10 ounces and 19 inches long. She arrived about a week early and in good condition.[/b]

YAY! Congrats. Our little ones share a birthday and we both share short labors! LOL.
