Payless, Walmart, Target, and Famous Brand Shoes are where I find shoes when I'm the one shopping for them. Sears, JCPenney's and the Children's Place also have shoes for a decent price.
My MIL and Nana insist on "expensive" shoes from Stride Right.
I just can't see spending $50 on somehting they grow out of so fast!
