Shrimp and Wild Rice casserole

I am not 100% sure of copyright laws, so I'll just post the link. It's a Paula Deen recipe, but I made it lower in fat by using 2% cheese and reduced fat mushroom soup. I didn't use the veggies, so there was no butter in there. It's about 300 calories and 6 grams of fat for one serving of six (doubled wild rice).
(I also used pre-cooked shrimp that I de-tailed.)
