Chapters/Workouts: Exercise routine and a bonus of several chapters by the author of "No More Cellulite Fast"
Exercise Level: Beginner
Opinions: This is a cheap dvd that I found at the dollar store. Since I'm an exercise video nut, I couldn't resist. I figured that if it was bad I was only out a dollar. It is actually a pretty good workout with resistance exercises done without weight. More advanced exercisers can add weights to make it more difficult. I didn't watch the extras, so I can't comment on those.
