Good morning ladies! This is my first time taking my temps in the mornings with charting so I was wondering if it is normal to have such up & down temps all the time? I'm confused as to why I had a +OPK 3 days before I actually O'd...

Sorry, just a newbie trying to figure out how to read these things. Thanks ladies!!

OPK's detect Lutenizing Hormone which surges 12-48 hours PRIOR to ovulation. Then it can take temps an extra day or two to rise in response to the progesterone produced after ovulation. Charting doesn't tell you the exact day of ovulation, it just gives you the little window (accurate within a few days) in which it happens. Your chart looks great!
