I agree with Little Mrs Sunshine. If you knew when you O'd you could count 38 weeks from the day you think you ovulated and see what due date that gives you. I think the accuracy of the measurement you get from the U/S depends on the quality of the machine they are using and the experience and skill of the tech.
It's just an estimate anyway - baby comes when baby decides to come so maybe go with your OB's due date but don't get frantic if you go a few days past due.
