Breakfast - Small bowl of Special K Red Berries and 2 slices of wheat toast with Smart Balance spread. - 5 pts
Lunch - cheese burger happy meal from McDs - 12 pts
Dinner - Healthy Choice Panini and baked lays - 8 pts; ww dessert - 3 pts
Snack -
Water - at least 96 oz
Exercise - did the 2 mile walk this afternoon and then the 1 mile for Abs tonight.
