Time of day for you to not snack on unhealthy foods?
For me it is the time between when I get home from work and dinner time. I get home around 4:30 - 5:00 and we usually eat around 6:30. I'm always wanting to grab pretzels or chips or bread at that time. My son has weight issues (he is really underweight) so we have to keep his favorite things in the house, so just getting rid of that stuff isn't an option. But I've done pretty well the past few days of eating just nuts or a tbsp of peanut butter instead of chips or whatever. But it's so tough at that time!!!
