I think most midwives would just watch you carefully and might ask you to have a Dr. back-up just in case. Of course most of the time Pre-E only occurs in a first baby and then doesn't reoccur. Most of the time. I don't know what IUGR is. I had pre-E with my first and then had #2 and #3 with no problems. Then had #4 at home. Check with the midwives and birthing centers. Also, you may way to make sure you follow the blue ribbondiet during pregnancy to make sure you avoid the pre-e as much as possible.
