Denise that was the best advice that you gave me! It really helped a lot.

Take all the help you can get. It was such a relief to know that if I ever needed anything while my husband was deployed I had the help I needed from a wonderful friend! I also made sure I tried to sleep while he was sleeping. Great advice. But I always had to remember to trust myself.
