You have to remember that your twins were born at lower weights, so it makes sense for them to still be smaller at only 4 months old. It looks like your daughter has still gained 5 pounds in 4 months, right? That's still in the "normal" range, i believe... I think young infants are supposed to gain 1-2 pounds a month, which your daughter has done.

Obviously your pediatrician is paying attention, so at this point i would just try and relax and see what happens over the next couple of months.

Also, i would suggest NOT trying to push the solids just yet, as they are actually lower in calories than the formula, and will only fill them up, making them drink less formula. It's actually not even recommended for babies to start solids until 6 months anyway, which would actually be *8* months for your babies, with their adjusted age.

I know it's hard to be worried about your babies, and i truly hope they are okay... Good luck.
