Does it seem likely?

I am not on birth control and had unprotected sex on December 25. He pulled out, so it seemed unlikely that I could conceive, but I have been having unusual symptoms starting 13 days after having sex.

My November AF lasted from 11/20 to 11/25
December AF was 12/17 to 12/22
I have not missed an AF this month yet, but the fact that I had spotting is troubling.

Jan. 6 and Jan. 7: spotting (implantation bleeding?)
I never, ever have spotting in between periods; this was the first time I've had light bleeding that lasted only 2 days.

Jan. 9: first notice elastic, somewhat transparent, odorless, leukorrhea-like discharge in large quantities

Jan. 10: painful lower back pain, felt discharge or CM drop into panties but there was nothing there when I checked (mucous plug?)

Jan. 6 through now: light cramps, some lower back pain, milky discharge and clear discharge, EWCM once in a while, extremely dizzy after not eating for a usually tolerable amount of time, very unusual mood swings, leaking clear fluid frequently (wet panties all day)

All of these symptoms I have never experienced before in my life, and I usually do not get EWCM (or anything, really) during ovulation.

It's possible. Wait till closer to your period and take a test!

Re: Does it seem likely?

The spotting certainly sounds like it could have been from implantation. We use the pull out method and I never worry about it, but I definitely think you could get pregnant this way, especially if he didn't pull out fast enough. I think you'll have to wait a little longer to test though.
