Boyfriends and girl friends

Has your Lo taking aliking to someone else?
Ellie sure has:o!
She always talks about "little Dylan" from daycare. The ladies always tell me how they are side-by-side pretty much all day. Ellie even called him her boyfriend.

Aw - that's so cute when they do that!

I wish Danny paid that much attention to other kids, but social skills are still a pretty big downfall for him.

Oh yes... theres a few "boyfriends" at school but she has an "adult" crush on one of her daddy's friends too - its pretty funny. She'll draw him pictures and give him toys!

Yes! Addy loves Cooper from preschool. She even gave her the Valentine they made in school rather than give it to us. Mia has a boyfriend too. It is crazy how soon it begins!

Cooper has a few girls he really likes playing with. He told me he's going to marry his friend Kaitlin, but he mostly plays with Emma at school.

Veronika is home with me so not yet. Natasha did tell me yesterday about a boy in her class who is really nice and that she thinks he's cute

It could be worse, Julia. Eric comes home from Kindergarten and tells me how a bunch of the boys on the bus keep trying to get him to kiss them on the lips. Um, what?

Leah's home with me and only sees other girls in dance or on playdates... but last summer, after Rachel & I met up again, she would light up when talking about playing with Ethan at the beach. ;) She still talks and asks about him!

LOL. omg, that's awful. Are those boys his age or older ones? Natasha is 1/2 day kindergarten so she returns home with only kids her age and has a strict bus driver (which I like), but on the way to school it's JK-grade 8. Thankfully the ride is only like 7 minutes or something.

They're all his age - his school is just K-2, and the driver makes the K kids sit up front together. (He is also strict, and I'm like you, I like it that way!) Thank God too, because if it were older kids, I'd be flipping out... As it is, it's a bunch of Kindergarten boys being ridiculous, and Eric and I just have talks about what is and isn't appropriate. But I still am like, really?

Ava is engaged to Trace, a little boy with "magic ears" in her class.

We were just talking about you today. I brought up the beach to Ethan and he asked if he was going with Leah. I told him that once his baby brother is a bit older that maybe we'll drive down to Leah's house and visit. They must've had a blast together :)

Julia talks about having a crush on a little boy in her class named Michael. She told me the other day that she told him she had a crush on him and his response was "I better watch out for you in case you try to kiss me"... I asked her if she was going to kiss him and she told me "no way, he's watching me!"... LOL

Kate will say she has "crushes" on kids in her class, but honestly she has no clue what it means, she just repeats what her sisters say. She honestly doesn't really play with the other kids in her class so much, so any sort of attention she pays them would be nice at this point!

Re: Boyfriends and girl friends

Kate has a thing for a boy named Danny. I spent part of the day at her school to help with the Valentines party and they are always together. That kid is totally smitten with her. lol Although he is seriously the sweetest kid and his parents are super nice. When they woke up from nap he asked for a hug and she ran right over to him. There is another boy that she plays with a lot too that I think is a tad jealous. lol I watched and the boys kind of jockey for attention from her. I had NO clue this started so young. Which is a lie because I was a kid once too. What I meant was WHY is this happening so young with MY kid. lol

There is a little girl at school named Lauren that Kyle talks about. He always calls her is "best friend Lauren" Although I know his best friend at school is a little boy named Mikey, so I think he has a little crush on her.

Carrie has one or two girlfriends, but mostly seems to prefer the little boys at preschool. She will get right in there and be crazy with them on the playground. Her current favorite seems to be a boy named Jack...they've been fast friends ever since he came to her birthday party.
