Standing up too fast?

ok so everytime I stand up too fast I get these small painfull pains in my lower abdomen. I am guessing its just all the muscles that are getting ready and growing but wasnt sure....

Sounds like round ligament pain. Round Ligament Pain During Pregnancy: Causes, Symptoms, and Treatment Trying to avoid sudden movements or twisting, standing up or rolling over slowly, etc. can help. I definitely had that last time! Hasn't started yet this time, but I think it's fairly common.

That's happened to me before plus sometimes I get dizzy too. I just try to get up as slowly as I can.

Yep. Every time I get out of the bed in the morning, I feel like I am pulling a muscle in my lower abdomen. It gets painful! Dizziness happens too.

Yeah I've been getting it a lot lately, it wasn't that bad last time but I guess these kind of things progress faster with consequent pregnancies.

I agree with the other ladies - sounds like ligament pain. I get it too if I move too quickly.
