Peanut Butter Banana HEALTHY Shake! :D

I've been craving peanut butter and bananas like crazy and found this super simple shake online that's super yummy!! I make one for myself almost everyday in the afternoon the hold me over until dinner.

This shake is SUPER filling so make sure you have room to finish it! :P

1 Banana
3 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter (Creamy works best)
Handful of Ice
1 Cup of Milk
Drop of Vanilla
Cinnamon (to taste)
Vanilla Yogurt (to taste)
* 1 Scoop of Whey Protein Powder if you like! I bought the Pure Protein brand which was given the "ok" by my doctor at my last appointment :)

Start by blending the ice in a blender until it's no longer choppy. Break the banana up into pieces and add into blender, blend until smooth. Next add all the other ingredients and blend! DONE! I added the vanilla yogurt because I wanted it to be a bit thicker and sweeter so we have vanilla low fat yogurt and I usually add about 2 to 3 big spoonfuls to it and keep tasting it until it's just right. Same with the peanut butter, I notice I do 3 BIG spoonfuls of it because I like it really peanut buttery so I suggest following the recipe and then add later to taste. (The vanilla yogurt was NOT part of the original recipe)

Enjoy! Especially as it's getting hot! :P

Refrigerate any leftovers, it holds up pretty well for about 24 hours in there.
