WiFi Making trees sick

Study: Wi-Fi makes trees sick( - Environment - Networking )

Quote:

Radiation from Wi-Fi networks is harmful to trees, causing significant variations in growth, as well as bleeding and fissures in the bark, according to a recent study in the Netherlands.
What do you think? Should we do more studies?

I don't know if WiFi is to blame but I can tell you if you look at the trees in my town, a lot or going 'bald' at their tops.

So if it's doing that to the trees, what does it do to us?

Note to self: turn off wi-fi when not using it.

I would need to see more studies. There is wifi all over the place here and the trees don't seem to be suffering.

Here's a good article:
Wireless Radiation - the hazards of WiFi internet connection

And actually from my very brief research, a good debate for the main board may be there- wifi harmful to kids in schools?

Just read the article the OP posted. Here is a critical piece of info:

ultrafine particles emitted by cars and trucks may also be to blame. These particles are so small they are able to enter the organisms.

It's pretty interesting. I haven't really noticed the tops of trees there balding (then again they are nearly all completely bald right now), but it would be interesting to look further into this.
