I know I have mentioned that we are leaving in one week to go on a cruise. I decided that I wanted to get a kinda new hair style and some color to cover the grey that I am starting to get--thank you kids. I wanted to look better for vacation. The cut looks ok. Jonah likes it, the kids like it. The color, everyone, including me, hates it. It was supposed to be one shade lighter than my brown, with a few highlights, I am now ORANGE and RED stripes!

I am soooo mad!!!! I hate it!!! I am so upset with this. It is not me. I do not do out there hair styles. Color with a few highlights, yes. Zebra stripes, NO!!!!

I am going to a totally different salon tomorrow to see if it can be fixed. The one I went to today I had used before with no problems. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I'm sorry they messed up! You could always see if they'll fix it for free and have someone else do it.

Sorry you have to deal with this.

I would call and speak to the salon manager. Explained to her or him you do not like it and it's not what you wanted. A good salon manager would offer to fix it.

Ugh that sucks! I'd go back & make them fix it at no charge!
