1pkg (6oz) white baking bars, broken
1/3 C coarsely crushed peppermint candies
1 C chocolate chipes (semi sweet)
1 T oil
Line 8 inch pan with foil.
Micro baking bars in med bowl on med-hi power 1 minute. Stir. Micro additional
10-20second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour into foil lined pan. Refrigerate 10mins until firm.
Remove foil, break into bite size pieces. Line baking sheets with waxed paper. Micro chocolate chips & oil in small bowl on high 1min, stir. Micro 10-20second intervals, stir until smooth. Add peppermint candy pieces.
Dip chocolate pieces 3/4 of the way into the melted white chocolate/peppermint mix.
Shake off excess. Place on waxed paper. Refrigerate until ready to serve
